Exam Lab Invigilators JD :
Exam Lab Invigilators (ELIs) at the Exam venues to ensure proper invigilation in place to avoid any potential malpractices during exam at the venues. The Exam Lab Invigilator will be responsible to keep a close watch on candidates and any suspicious activities during the exam duration must comply with defined reporting and compliance matrix.

Role and responsibilities of ELIs
Prior to exam day :
• Report to exam venue on mock days and assist in running the mock exams
On exam day :
• Report at the venue 3 hours prior to the exam start time. Upon arrival, leave personal belongings (this includes cell phones) in the designated area.
• Carry an original valid Govt. photo ID proof & employer ID Card for verification. The government photo ID must have the address printed.
• Attend exam briefing provided and clearly understand exam specific instructions
• Be familiar with the emergency procedures for the exam venue
• Co-operate with the security guards while getting frisked at any given point in time
• Prohibitive items should not be allowed inside the exam lab
• The Exam Lab Invigilator (ELI) deployed at each venue should manage candidate registrations
• No intrusion (through proper document verification at Registration Desk)
• No impersonation (through proper Registration process and matching of credentials)
• Entry of only authorized exam personnel in the exam lab, post verification of relevant documents and valid ID Proof
• Providing system generated seat number to registered candidates
• Guiding candidates to login as per process and ensuring timely start/ completion of exams
• Capturing candidate attendance and updating lab supervisor
• Proper invigilation of candidates to avoid any malpractice/ UFM at the exam venues
• Highlighting technical issues for immediate resolution to avoid any inconvenience to candidates
• Verifying candidates during the conduct or exam or post completion of exam as per requirement
• All processes as per the guidelines, are followed to ensure successful end to end exam delivery
ELI eligibility and requirement
• ELIs must preferably be 28 years or above age
• Should have graduated from any Government/ Government recognized University/ Board
• Preferably be Ex-bankers/Teachers/Ex-servicemen
• Certain exams may have specific mandatory requirements (Such as Teachers/Ex Teachers) that will be discussed on case-to-case basis with service provider
• ELIs must be well groomed and well behaved for getting engaged in this line of business
• Display good customer service skills
• Must be comfortable to travel within any part of the city
• All ELIs to have background check done before working in an exam. The report must be available & the validity must be renewed periodically by doing fresh BGC
• Must be trained on how/ what to check for w.r.t UFM

Working hours :

10-12 hours
Reporting time 6 am
